At first glance, the hotel might look a bit worn down, but stepping inside reveals a beautifully renovated space. I had an amazing experience in the VIP rooms, especially with the unforgettable Onsen. However, I faced some challenges with my booking, which detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay.
