At first glance, the hotel might look a bit worn down, but stepping inside reveals a beautifully renovated space. I had an amazing experience in the VIP rooms, especially with the unforgettable Onsen. However, I faced some challenges with my booking, which detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay. The main advantage was the room quality and location, but I would recommend confirming bookings in advance during peak seasons.

At first glance, the hotel doesn’t look impressive from the outside, but inside, it’s been beautifully renovated. The Onsen is a standout feature, offering a peaceful and soothing experience. However, the hotel faced issues with booking, leading to an inconvenient experience with alternative accommodations. Overall, it has its charms, but be cautious if you’re traveling during peak times.

My stay was quite a mix of good and bad. The hotel experience started off well but quickly took a downturn when I was moved to a different hotel after just two nights due to overbooking. The original hotel had large, clean rooms with friendly staff, but the alternative accommodation was disappointing. Additionally, managing the booking process can be a challenge during busy periods like Chinese New Year.

Rooms

The rooms at the original hotel were large, clean, and very comfortable. However, the alternate accommodation was tiny and lacked essential amenities like an attached toilet.

This hotel has some hidden charm, especially once you step inside. The upper floor rooms are fantastic for groups, featuring a cozy and stylish setup. The onsen is truly a highlight, offering a peaceful retreat. However, our stay was marred by overbooking issues that forced us to switch accommodations midway, which was quite disappointing.

The hotel experience was mixed for me. While I had a lovely room that was large and welcoming, I faced a frustrating situation with an overbooking that led to an unexpected change in accommodations. Although the staff at the initial hotel were friendly, I wasn't pleased with the alternate place, which was far from ideal. If you're planning a visit during busy holiday seasons, be prepared for potential issues and crowded conditions.
